Criminal Minds Episodes : Minimal Loss
In the Season 4 Episode 3, Reid and Prentiss are chosen to penetrate an underground cult which is suspected of abusing children. To do so, the two team members have to go under disguise with Child Services to investigate the possibility of the underground cult being responsible for child abuse. But things do not turn out as planned, when the cult’s ranch is suddenly raided by the federal agencies, the two, along with many others get caught inside a compound and end up being held as hostages. Reid and Prentiss try to help the federal agents from inside. But they also have to ensure that the internal hostage situation gets resolved without anyone getting injured or being killed. They try to solve the crisis by taking the extremely charismatic cult leader, played by Luke Perry, into confidence which will also give enough time to the federal agents to plan their strategy.
