Criminal Minds Episodes : Mayhem
In the Season 4 Episode 1, the SUV transporting BAU agent Aaron Hotchner and the head of New York City’s FBI office, Kate explodes. Although, Aaron manages to get away with minor injuries, Kate gets seriously injured in the accident. While Aaron tries his best to save Kate whose back has been totally ripped open, the other agents start looking for the criminals behind the incident. The investigations lead the agents to the terrorists who are responsible for the bombing of the SUV and they reveal about a more sinister plan, which leads to the entire city being put on high alert. The BAU agents learn that the actual target of the terrorists was to assassinate a VIP undergoing medical treatment at a nearby hospital, while the bombing was being used only as a mean to divert the attention of the authorities.
