Their mission was to stop the criminal activities of ‘Tommy’, a rapist and a killer who glues the eyes of his targets wide open. Another baffling fact about the criminal was that he committed the crimes in broad daylight and then blended into the neighborhood so well, that it became difficult to capture him.
