Yesterday, I went to my old college after two years. We had a get together of old friends over there. So everybody reached there at sharp 10′o clock in the morning. So we eated and chatted and everybody was pretty excited to see each other after a long span of two years. So after the initial formal talk like what are you doing, what is going on in life and what are the future plans etc, we reached upon gossip. Christie was also there, and we call her the encyclopedia of TV shows, as she is just crazy about the TV shows and you cam get updates about any show from her. So as usual I teased her, what’s up on television? She smiled back and then we started discussion about the ongoing TV shows.
Then, came the name of my personal favorite ‘Criminal Minds‘. The show is already on air and I was surprised to hear that they are preparing for a spin off too. The most fascinating thing is that in this spin off there will be all new detectives. I didn’t believe it first then Christie told me that it was the headline on TV news a few days back.
You know it makes me angry when a very good show is running successfully on screen and suddenly we hear that now it will never come back. They just end the story and leaving cliffhangers for the future possibility of remaking. I don’t understand why don’t they just continue it? Well I am so glad that at least the risk of Criminal Minds going off screen is over. Hey I am pretty excited.
I was thinking may be the new detectives will be students of the older ones and the old ones will also appear in the show by supervising them or giving them references of the old cases. What do you say? The show rocks, I don’t miss any of the episodes, as I get indulged with the story while the detectives are solving mysteries of the criminal cases and the viewer goes on making advance guesses about, who can be the culprit?
