Hello friends! I have got some wonderful news for all you lovely fans of Criminal Minds. According to the latest buzz out there, the producers of Criminal Minds have approached actor Michael Biehn and actress Cybill Shepherd to guest star in the show. The two starts will appear in the show sometime in February. Biehn will be playing the role of a local detective who helps the Behavioral Analysis Unit in solving their most recent troublesome case. On the other hand, Shepherd has been chosen for the role of the estranged mother of a serial killer. The appearance of these talented actors on the show is sufficient to prove the popularity of the show among the masses.

The show is one of my favorites because of its unique story idea. Though there are numerous crime shows being aired on television, I feel it is perhaps the only one that with criminals and crime on a psychological level. As each new case brings on new challenges for Aron Hotchner and his team at Behavioral Analysis Unit, it is really exciting to watch how they solve the case.

The series has been highly appreciated for being different from the league. I think that is why people like Shepherd and Biehn chose to be a part of the show. The show is currently running in its fourth season and I hope it goes on to complete many more seasons with the same success. I am for one, am definitely looking forward to viewing many many more seasons and episodes of the show.

Finally, our favorite ‘Criminal Minds’ series is back to unravel some more mysteries and to find out the truths hidden behind the closed doors. I am a huge fan of Criminal Minds and watching it from the day of its beginning. After the season 3 finale, I was desperately waiting for Season 4. It is obvious man…….. I realized how tough it is to wait for favorite TV drama.

September 24, 08 was a fantastic day when ‘Criminal Minds’ returned with season 4. Season opener was entitled ‘Mayhem’. In this episode, we see that the City is on high alert after a bomb explosion. So, the investigation team fights to save their colleagues and also to catch the terrorists who’re responsible for bombing.

Next episode was entitled ‘The Angel Maker’, aired on October 1, 08. It was again a good episode where BAU investigates the connection between a serial killer and a series of murders. In the third episode named ‘Minimal Loss’, Prentiss and Reid go to investigate a case and find themselves entrapped in an unexpected situation. Next in the row are ‘’Paradise’, ‘Catching Out’, ‘The Instincts’, ‘Meroriam’ etc.

Well, it’s great! But, I’m not sure what will they do after season 4… because there’re rumors about series’ cancellation. I really don’t want it to be cancelled because many things are yet to be explored and many crimes are yet to be committed. No official announcement is made, by any show representative, about cancellation and also not about another season. It’s in the hands of future and we’ll have to wait till the right time.

‘Criminal Minds’ retrieval brought a smile, not for fans, but also for the CBS network itself. The network averaged 11 million viewers in prime week last week. ‘Criminal Minds’ lonely got 16.2 million viewers and remained as the most watched show at CBS. The network also gave the credit of its success to several CBS hits such as ‘Criminal Minds’, ‘CSI’ etc.

Yesterday, I went to my old college after two years. We had a get together of old friends over there. So everybody reached there at sharp 10′o clock in the morning. So we eated and chatted and everybody was pretty excited to see each other after a long span of two years. So after the initial formal talk like what are you doing, what is going on in life and what are the future plans etc, we reached upon gossip. Christie was also there, and we call her the encyclopedia of TV shows, as she is just crazy about the TV shows and you cam get updates about any show from her. So as usual I teased her, what’s up on television? She smiled back and then we started discussion about the ongoing TV shows.

Then, came the name of my personal favorite ‘Criminal Minds‘. The show is already on air and I was surprised to hear that they are preparing for a spin off too. The most fascinating thing is that in this spin off there will be all new detectives. I didn’t believe it first then Christie told me that it was the headline on TV news a few days back.

You know it makes me angry when a very good show is running successfully on screen and suddenly we hear that now it will never come back. They just end the story and leaving cliffhangers for the future possibility of remaking. I don’t understand why don’t they just continue it? Well I am so glad that at least the risk of Criminal Minds going off screen is over. Hey I am pretty excited.

I was thinking may be the new detectives will be students of the older ones and the old ones will also appear in the show by supervising them or giving them references of the old cases. What do you say? The show rocks, I don’t miss any of the episodes, as I get indulged with the story while the detectives are solving mysteries of the criminal cases and the viewer goes on making advance guesses about, who can be the culprit?

Well, I think, Criminal Minds’ creators have caught our right nerve and that’s why they are going to give us a big treat this year. The fourth season is coming on September 24, and before that we will be able to get the full Season 3 on DVDs.

On Nielson ratings, series is on number 7, wow!!! Sounds great! Anyways, thanks to Ed Bernero, the executive producer who has generously donated the stuff belonging to Criminal Minds stars to help the people suffering from AIDS, for Kim’s AIDS Marathon. These belongings include Kirsten Vangsness’s autographed photo who plays Penelope Garcia on the show.

In the auction row David Rossi is also not far behind, you will get Joe Mantegna’s autographed pictures as well. Besides them, JJ, I mean AJ Cook will also give her autographed photo

The hottest thing which is gonna be sold like hot cakes is Shemar Moore’s hotbods issue of July 2008. Girls will die after having a single look of him there. Get ready gals, he’s looks really really hot there.

Along with all this, sweat pants, caps and Lucky script of Criminal Minds will also be auctioned. Hey, its’ not the script which is lucky for the show, but is of the episode named ‘Lucky’ written by Andrew Wilder. Script is signed by the whole cast and crew.

Criminal Minds is really an amazing show and that’s why everything relevant to show is so precious. I hope it earns the maximum amount of money to help the AIDS afflicted people. Well, If your pocket doesn’t allow then, you watch criminal minds here and wait for the fourth season.

One of my favorite TV shows ‘Criminal Minds‘ is in news this week, and this makes me feel good. Actually, the series has secured No. 17 on the Top Prime Time TV shows list this week. I know you would say what’s big about it? If yes, then for your kind information, I must tell you that a plenty of shows struggle to be on this list every week, but only a few get. Criminal Minds is on the list with 7.25 million viewers and the series has proved that viewers do love to see action and crime on TV. The rankings are based upon the Prime-time viewer ship numbers compiled by Nielsen Media Research for June 16-22.

I hope when the next list comes into light, Criminal Minds will be at a lower no., most probably from 8-12.  You still don’t believe me? Okay, let’s have a little glimpse of the upcoming episodes. The next episode ‘Children of the dark’ is going to air on 25 June at 9 PM on CBS. On this episode, the team believes that two suspects may be working together on a series of home invasions and murders occurring in a Denver suburb. I knew it, this will make you curious to watch this episode and you are definitely going to watch this.

Have a look on the next episode which will air on June 27 at 11:00 PM. The episode is named as ‘Broken Mirror’ and in this episode, wealthy daughter of a politician is kidnapped, the BAU needs the help of her father and mirror twin to find her.

Don’t know about you, but the only thing I like about the show is that it delivers a new picture in a unique way in every episode and every episode is completely different from the previous ones. In a nut shell, the credit goes to the writers of the show!

Criminal Minds season 3 is finally over.
